I love it when I come across an article that demonstrates the link between stress, quality of sleep and emotional health.

In the present article, the link is explained, and simple solutions are proposed to improve the quality of your sleep, especially the REM phase, where your body is likely to relax the most, therefore resetting your body clock, and reducing your sensitivity to stress.

Among the proposed solution, EFT (tapping) and other energy psychology techniques are mentioned.
