What steps to take to move out of a burnout?
Up until recently, we have focused on the different steps that lead to a total burnout. We have explored the stages and the reasons one might find themselves in such a situation, as well as simple steps to break the cycle and avoid going further down the path.
However, breaking the cycle is not always easy and/or you have already gone down and YOU ARE Burnout!
So in the coming sessions, I will be focusing on ways to recover from this Burnout syndrome. I will show You the simple steps you can implement to help you make a speedier recovery and I will teach you simple tools to make sure you never go back to that place again.
