It is here! I have been working over this idea for the past 6 months and it is finally here!
I have used my personal experience, coupled it with years of research and my experience with my clients, and I have decided to write a book about the signs of burnout. What define the different steps of the burnout cycle and what can be done very simply and practically to break the cycle and get off the hamster’s wheel.
It is a short and simple book which brings together years of experience. I have focused on giving simple steps and little tricks that can make a huge difference in your life or of the people around you.
Whether is it for yourself or for a family member or even a colleague, burnout is a serious matter and it is important to address it, anyway you can!
I suffered a total burnout just 10 years ago! It took me over 2 years and many months of misery to recover. I learned a lot from that experience and today I help others avoid burnout or those who have gone through one, recover more quickly, regain their self-confidence, achieve their goals and learn the tools to handle whatever life throws at them.
I am always so grateful to be in a position to help.
